A Message to our Customers About COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

We are paying close attention to OSHA and CDC recommendations to help prevent our employees from contracting COVID-19, as well as to help prevent the spread of the disease to our staff and our community. 

We have taken steps internally to prevent the spread, and are implementing procedures that involve our customers to help us keep everyone safe and healthy. 

When setting up service requests, our staff will ask customers several qualifying questions about the resident such as known illness or quarantine status. We will not be allowing our technicians to enter apartments/residences where the virus may be present. 

Until the outbreak has eased, we will be postponing non-essential service calls such as fireplace or air conditioner repairs. You can still call the service request in, and we will keep it on our schedule. We will consider air conditioner calls essential when the weather warms to summertime temperatures. 

We also kindly request that if possible, you allow our technicians use of your restroom facilities after their job is complete. We have policies in place to prevent them from using your residents’ restroom, so we would appreciate you giving them the opportunity to wash their hands after the service is complete. 

Because this situation is still very fluid, we will be as well. If the situation changes to a point where we need to amend this, we will make you aware.
